The 6 Month Program gives you more time to be accountable and form new ways of living, increasing the ease of sustaining it past your program. You will be learning more about nutrition and handling your food in the safest, most effective way.
The 6 Month Program will help you identify how you behave in different situations and give you tools on how to consistently create a healthy lifestyle regardless of where you are at or who you are with. You will learn how to identify self-defeating thought processes and how to deal with them.
You will gain insight on how to communicate with those around you and also how to better take care of yourself, ultimately allowing you to be healthier and happier independent of outside circumstance.

As your Health Coach, we will listen carefully and help you determine what specific changes are necessary for you, your body, in order to live an inspired and fulfilling life.
Don’t think after 6 months we leave you on your own with a wave goodbye. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you. You will also learn as you go so you can implement, and keep implementing, lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.
